Friends’ next talk – Horsham Museum’s Watercolour collection

Everyone is invited for what is anticipated to be an entertaining afternoon on Wednesday, 30th July, in The Lounge, Cornerstone Methodist Church, London Road, Horsham at 2pm!

Rick Domas, Director of Horsham-based Kate Gallery and a Horsham Museum cataloguing volunteer, will present an illustrated talk entitled ‘Watercolours in the Horsham Museum Collection’.

As many of the Friends know, the museum has an extensive collection of watercolours, and Rick’s talk will provide both an overview of the collection and present specific examples in a number of genres.

These will include existing and former Horsham landmarks and significant buildings, botanicals, special collections, specific artists, and what Rick describes as “decidedly amateurish, or a Mum’s love”.

All are welcome to attend Rick’s presentation – entrance fee is £5, which includes refreshments.
