Our Constitution

Like many other small charities, the Friends uses an appropriate model Constitution supplied by the Charities Commission. The version that we have been displaying has been superceded by a more a recent example which we shall now adopt.

The changes therein are minor and will have no material effect on the operation of our organisation.
