National Gardening Day – Museum garden in bloom

It’s National Gardening Day today and the Horsham Museum & Art Gallery garden is in full bloom!

Thanks to the hard work by the Museum volunteers the garden is a tranquil spot in the heart of the town.

New blooms are appearing every week and it’s proving a haven for insects as well as visitors to the Museum.

National Gardening Day is an annual event on April 14. It started in the USA but has become a popular feature in the UK calendar.

It’s a celebration of the joys and rewards of gardening.
